Sales person was very happy and much helpful in the overall process. The finance person really tried hard to get us in to a deal. We bought the same evening. It was a fast process. We travelled from Irving to Granburry to buy this car. Thank you.

I appreciate the INTEGRITY of this company. They have the best interest of potential customers which can definitely speak to how they treat their actual customers. Although I don't qualify right now Roy at Shottenkirk CDJR in Grandbury gave me GREAT advice on how to approach my situation for the future without being deceived by someone just willing to make a sale. Once I'm in a better position I will definitely reach back out because I want to do business with people that care about ME not just my money. Thanks again for the advice!

We bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Tristan Hale at Shottenkirk CDJR in Granbury, TX. He is a great sales person. It was a spur of the moment thing to look and we were able to purchase a vehicle. There was no dickering back and forth. We told him exactly back and forth. We told him exactly what we wanted in our trade and in the vehicle we purchased. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. We were leery because we’ve heard back things about Shottenkirk but this was a seamless deal with the entire process.

UPDATE I want to recognize Brandon, my service advisor, for turning what started as a beyond-horrible experience into a positive one. I’ll be the first to admit—the mistake that was made was a big one. Going into this, I expected the usual: denial, excuses, and passing the blame. But this experience was completely different. At no point did I feel like they were trying to shift responsibility elsewhere. Instead, they took 100% ownership of the mistake, immediately offered a solution, and worked to make things right. To me, true character isn’t revealed when everything goes smoothly—it’s revealed when things go wrong, and you choose to own it and fix it. That’s exactly what Brandon did. Of course, the best outcome is always to get the job done right the first time, but we’re all human and mistakes happen. What matters is how you respond—and I’m grateful Brandon was the one who stepped in to resolve this situation
