I had my oil changed at another service center closer to home and the oil filter wasn’t attached correctly so I had been leaking oil. Shottenkirk Granbury is about an hour and half from my home and they were able to get my car right in and get me on my way. Had the friendliest service advisor (Lisa) and was treated so well. Everyone at the dealership was excellent. Kevin was very helpful and patient. He fave me several options on the various trucks I was looking at. He made the deal possible. Mike was also very helpful as he was going over the final numbers and was able to get the numbers on the truck where I needed them to be. Silvio explained the financing clearly and was able to get me the warranty package that was best for me. This all happened because it seems that the general manager has set the tone for service. Jim, the GM, bumped into me and my wife in the parking area and he immediately went to work to get me the deal that secured me a new truck.
