I spoke with a young man named Christiaan, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He was friendly and professional at the same time. He answered all of my questions expeditiously and didn't pressure me to buy right away. One of the best experiences I've had with a car salesman and will definitely keep Shottenkirk on my short list of dealerships to continue on my car buying journey with.

Dan and Garfield were great, 5 stars for the employees. Corporate itself needs to stop making people jump through hoops. Can't leave until you set up an app, ringing a stupid bell and taking a picture we didn't want to. Purchasing a vehicle is annoying in and of itself, if I don't want to ring a bell or take a picture to draw attention to myself I should be able to politely decline.

He took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured or rushed. You can tell he really cares about helping people and not just making a sale.
